Adrian Autard is a young French tenor based in Vienna (Austria). After studying violin and voice performance at the Conservatories of Avignon and Marseille, Mr. Autard completed his Bachelor Diploma at the Musik und Kunst Privatuniversität der Stadt Wien in February 2023 with Soprano KS Linda Watson. Mr. Autard participated in several masterclasses in France and Austria, notably with KS Michael Schade, Barbara Frittoli, Ian Bostridge CBE, Samuel Youn as well as conductor and pianist Elizabeth Cooper. Mr. Autard is the winner of the Competition Jeunes Espoirs Raymond Duffaut 2021, and obtains the Prize for the best interpretation of the French repertoire. In September 2022, Mr. Autard was awarded the 1st Prize of the KS Gabriele Sima Scholarship by the Musik und Kunst Privatuniversität der Stadt Wien, to encourage him for his future engagements. In May 2023, Mr. Autard will make his debut at the Zomeropera Alden Biesen in Belgium in the role of Rinuccio (Gianni Schicchi). During the 2023/2024 season of the MusikTheater an der Wien, Mr. Autard will perform the roles of Il Contino Belfiore (La finta giardiniera) and Benvolio (Roméo et Juliette).
